If you're ready to sell, we can Close in as little as 3 weeks!  

Here are a few helpful steps to prepare:

1.   Locate a copy of your Warranty Deed, Deed of Trust, Act of Cash Sale document, etc. (proof of ownership).

2.   Provide a recent copy of your mortgage statement (30 days or less) or canceled Note.

3.   Send a copy of your valid driver's license or state identification card.

4.   Provide a good contact number and email address.

5.   Obtain wiring instructions for your bank (funds sent at Closing).
