Licensed in multiple states since 2007, Karen Sanders has created C55 Properties to expand the accessibility of affordable housing for the population of those in our communities that are underserved:  the elderly, the homeless, and our nation's veterans.

Having specialized in preventing foreclosures for military veterans, Karen realized her passion for real estate as a Loan Specialist with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).  With over two decades of proven results, she has a wealth of knowledge in the government and private sector, and a range of experience navigating within the parameters of the Housing Choice Program sponsored by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  Her financial knowledge covers a myriad of types of financial programs and best practices to aid those in the market to buy their first home.  We're privilege to have her on our team.
